Beryl Percival's grandmother, 94, cried because she left the plane at Sydney Airport, did not know what to do when she had planned to meet with her 99-year-old sister-in-law at the Parents' Home in Port Macquarie, Australia.

She had been preparing for the trip and departed on her own, the plane was scheduled with Qantas airline at 11:50 am from Sydney Airport to Port Macquarie. But unexpectedly, Beryl found her plane fully loaded and no seats left due to a schedule change.

Confused what to do, but in her sadness, crying then she calls her niece, Megan Walsh.

"Megan, please, the plane has left me! Pick me up and you can take me to a nursing home in Port Macquarie."

Megan seems to understand the confusion of Beryl Percival is facing, though it feels heavy, as written in News Australia, but she drove for 4 hours to pick up Beryl at the airport, and then drive another 4 hours to Port Macquaire.

"I was called Beryl while crying, she says she can not get on the next flight, she's really disappointed."

The airline immediately responded, as delivered by a Qantas airline spokesman.
