Ancient buildings in Italy are very much manifold, in this case the concern of the Italian government to use it as a new place, especially as a tourist spot. Ideas that can attract businesspeople, of course.

This time the world of tourism received great attention from the government, citing the site CNN Indonesia, May 16, after being recorded there are 100 buildings that can be offered to business people aged not more than 40 years.

Of course, behind all the ancient buildings for free like this, the government hopes this building can be converted into tourist objects, such as hotels, restaurants or shops.

This was stated by Roberto Reggi, spokesperson of the State Property Agency in an interview with The Local Italy.

"The building used is an old building that is no longer used. This program is done to support the development of the Italian tourism industry that is currently running slow."

I think you can see for yourself how the current condition of these ancient buildings is located in eight historical areas, such as Appian Way and Via Francigena, which is adjacent to Rome.

This type of building can make tourists interested to observe firsthand how it looks after changing, including castles, houses to monasteries.

A tempting building considering its strategic location on a hilltop with beautiful scenery, such as the most luxurious and magnificent ancient buildings, the Castello di Blera and the Torre della Bastiglia, each of which dates back to the 11th and 12th centuries.

The procedure of ownership of ancient buildings is quite easy through registration on the official website of the Italian government, where they are obliged to provide proposals for the development plans of ancient buildings provided no later than June 26, 2017.

The government will process, obtain approval, and a license to manage the ancient building for nine years, beginning in the summer of next year.

Do not worry, if they become more enthusiasts can extend the permit as long as they want it as needed.

Great idea from the Italian Government, and this, if considered successful, in the next two years, still waiting for 200 other ancient buildings to be distributed to the devotees.
